1. Booking & Payments
● To confirm your trip, you need to make a booking by paying a part of the total amount.
● The full payment must be completed before the start of your trip.
● We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and all major cards.
2. Prices
● All prices are based on current rates at the time of booking.
● Prices may change depending on availability, airfare, hotels, or taxes.
● If any price changes happen, we’ll inform you before final booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
● If you cancel your trip, cancellation charges will apply as per the booking terms.
● Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
● No refund will be given for unused services.
4. Changes in Itinerary
● Sometimes, due to weather, strikes, or other reasons, we might need to change your itinerary.
● We will do our best to offer similar alternatives and keep you informed.
5. Documents & Visas
● It is your responsibility to carry valid ID proof, passport, and visa (if needed).
● We can help with the visa process, but final approval depends on the embassy.
6. Health & Safety
● You must inform us of any health conditions or special needs before booking.
● We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or medical condition during the trip.
7. Travel Insurance
● Travel insurance is not included unless stated.
● We recommend you take insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
8. Responsibility
● Travel Vichar acts only as a travel agent. We book services from hotels, airlines, and other partners.
● We are not responsible for delays, losses, or accidents caused by third parties.
