Travel Vichar Cancellation Policy
Our travel company reserves the right to manage cancellations as outlined below.
Standard Refund Policy:
- More than 30 days before departure: 50% of payments of the Total package cost may be refundable.
- Between 15-30 days before departure: 25% of payments may be refundable.
- 14 days or less before departure: No refunds will be issued.
Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Notification: Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) to be considered valid.
- Refund Policy: Refunds for flights, visa, hotel bookings, and activity/sightseeing will be applicable as per the respective cancellation policies of these service providers.
- Administrative Fee: All cancellations incur an administrative fee of 10% of the total booking cost.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
- Circumstances: We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, operational reasons, or changes in travel advisories.
- Refunds: In case of company-initiated cancellations, refunds will be at our discretion and may be offered in the form of a future travel credit.
Force Majeure
- Definition: Events beyond our control like natural disasters, wars, or travel restrictions.
- Liability: We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to force majeure events.
Amendments
- Requests for changes to bookings may be subject to fees and availability.
